One of the N- series, the Nokia N78 is definitely an above par mobile phone. Of course, Nokia already promises that its N- series will give consumers around the world the newest best services and excellent technologies. With that said, the N78 deserves more than a minimal of attention for its many features. Connectivity (multiple messaging options, high- speed Internet connection), entertainment (music, videos), sharing capabilities (geotagging, uploading photos and videos to the Internet), camera (3.2 megapixel), navigation (Nokia Maps), the N78 has all that! The mobile phone also looks great and feels great. You really cannot have many negative things to say about it.

Following the earthquake in Sichuan on May 12th, China’s major mobile phone networks China Unicom and China Mobile set up a special service that gave customers in affected areas extra mobile phone credit to ensure that people affected by the disaster did not run out of credit and could therefore contact love ones and call for help.
Anyone in Aba, Chengdu, Deyang, Guangyuan and Mianyang on the China Mobile Shenzhou plan whose balance dropped below 50 yuan had 100 yuan added to there account between May 12th and May 31st. Customers of China Unicom had 50 yuan added to their accounts when their balance dropped below 50 yuan.

Today, Friday the 25th April 2008, Skype have released a Beta version of their popular Skype calling application for your mobile phone. So you will have access to free Skype calling on the move. This beta version of the successful VoIP application will currently work with around 50 popular Java enabled mobile phones including Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Samsung and Motorola mobile phones.
Previously Skype has only been available on smartphones, those mobiles with Windows Mobile installed and more recently it has become a feature on many 3 mobile phones.
