Let me draw some very important lessons from Exodus Chapter 19 where the Children of Israel arrive at Sinai, under the leadership of Moses.
At this point, they defeated the Amalekites and Moses has appointed some men to deal with the pastoral problems - to settle arguments - to hear cases - so that Moses would be released to hear what the Lord God was saying, and to teach that to the people.

TRANSLATION OF JOHN 10:14-18 FROM THE ORIGINAL LANGUAGE (GREEK)
14 I am the good shepherd and I know my own and my own know me, 15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father, and I lay down my life for the sheep. 16 And I have other sheep which are not of this sheepfold, and it is necessary for me to bring those and they will hear my voice, and they shall become one flock, one shepherd. 17 For this the Father loves me because I lay down my life in order that I may take it again. 18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and I have authority to take it again. This charge I have received from my Father.

Values To Learn In Order To Build Ourselves Up To Last
1. Values of Loyalty
Loyalty is the quality of being firm in your friendship or support for someone or something. If we believe that there is only one God in this world, we will align ourselves to this one God. The same applies in your place of work. There are many companies that you can work for but for you to stay on in the same place will be greatly influenced by the leader of the company. If the CEO of the company has great visions for the company, the employees will align themselves towards the same visions. The vision of the CEO will become the vision of the employees, too. No matter what may happen, the visions and the direction remain. This is loyalty, being firm no matter how great the storm is.

God invests in people whose hope is no longer in worldly riches, but rather only in Christ. Such people are righteous in God’s sight.
As far as God is concerned, righteous people are righteous because their Foundation is Christ. Therefore, in God’s estimation, such people will also be a solid investment. This is why God imparts the riches of His Presence as well as a straightforward knowledge of the things He really cares about to righteous people.
Righteous people are also righteous because they pray in Christ’s name, which is what God intended since before anyone was around to pray.

We live in a physical, dualistic, relative universe. The concept of relativity is what allows us to experience the physical and the non-physical, the spirit and the ego, the seen and the unseen. To use this powerful tool of relativity and to experience what we know ourselves to be, spirit children of God with all of God’s abilities, we must first come to know the opposite.
When God created the physical world and the physical concept of relativity, he had to bring into existence the opposite of those aspects that define God. Love is at God’s core. This is what God is. In order to experience love, God had to bring into the relative world the concept of the opposite of love.

God has x-ray vision. No really - He does! He can see right through to our heart much better than we can. He sees past our behaviors (no matter how righteous they appear) and goes straight to the innermost parts of our soul that we hide away from even ourselves. God’s about the only one we can’t fool with what looks good or sounds good or smells good and He WILL call us on the truth about ourselves. I need someone who cares about me enough to tell me the truth (sans the baseball bat) when I’m blind to it, or in denial about it, or choosing to ignore it. Come on admit it - you have your moments of blindness and foolishness too.

There can be times when you are asked to speak and you know not what to say! You know you have to write and somehow your fingers just will not function and you know the trouble is the mind and brain! That can become a daunting moment when speaking is part of your job and calling, but it happens.
Isaiah, a mighty prophet of God, filled with the Spirit of God, experienced such days. On one occasion when God told him to cry out, he asked, “What shall I cry?” He had been raised up to speak to the nation of Israel but he was uncertain as to what he should proclaim to the people. It was if he knew he had to get it right. His task and role was exceedingly important.
